Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Sales & Admin Assistant to join our interior design firm. The ideal candidate will play a key role in client communication, supporting sales, and assisting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
You’ll be a part of the start-up team driving revenue, building relationships, and helping our brand grow. If you are a people person with excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
Role: Sales Assistant (Output/Project Based. Good performance translates into a full-time opportunity.)
Location: Delhi-NCR (Mode of work: Hybrid/Virtual)
Work Hours: You decide your own schedule and number of hours
About the job:

Make outbound calls to leads and schedule exploratory calls with designers.

Follow up with prospective clients to move them through the sales funnel.

Coordinate with clients for design presentations and assist in closing deals.

Follow up on payments and maintain accurate records.

Provide general administrative support to the design team as needed.

Passion & strong knack for sales, customer delight, research & problem solving.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Prior experience in customer service or sales support is a plus.

Nerves and flexibility to work in a startup environment.
