Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Professionals with 1-3 years of experience preferably in the interior design or related industry with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets to join our dynamic team.
You’ll be a part of the start-up team driving revenue, building relationships, and helping our brand grow. The ideal candidate will play a key role in lead generation, qualification, and setting up client meetings to drive business growth. Prospecting & Outreach – Make daily outbound calls to engage potential clients, spark interest, and build strong professional relationships.

Lead Qualification – Identify decision-makers, assess client needs, and update an accurate database to track progress effectively.

Meeting Coordination – Schedule and facilitate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team, ensuring seamless handovers.

Reporting & CRM Management – Maintain thorough call records and provide detailed daily updates using CRM tools to inform strategic decisions.

Team Collaboration – Partner with marketing and business development teams to align outreach efforts for optimized success.

Vendor Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring timely and professional communication. Maintaining proper records.

Project & operations Management - Assist with day to day operations and calendar management. Support in all project management activities as and when required.
What you should get to the table:
-
Passion & strong knack for sales, customer delight, research & problem solving.

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, interior design or a related field (preferred).

1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in interior design, real estate, or luxury services.

Background in dealing with real estate/interior design sales, international clients, HNI sales is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal, presentation & negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with diverse high value clientele.

Technology Savvy with Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite especially Powerpoint & Excel, and digital communication tools.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with good organizational and time management skills.

Basic understanding of interior design concepts or a keen interest in the field.

Nerves and flexibility to work in a startup environment.
